KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) has issued notices to federal and provincial governments and DG Rangers and sought a reply from them on April 14 in the case of alleged disappearance of three close aides of former president Asif Ali Zardari.
The petition on alleged disappearance of close aides of former president Asif Ali Zardari came up for hearing before a two member bench of SHC Tuesday.
Ismail Marri, brother of the petitioner Ghulam Qadir Marri took the plea that his brother and his two servants were abducted while they were returning from Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto anniversary. The other missing persons include Nawab Leghari and Ashfaq Leghari.
The court issued notices to federal and provincial governments and DG Rangers and sought reply from them till April 14.
